Since this is our area of expertise, our team of software designers and AODA experts has designed an e-Learning Training Tool to meet the compliance requirements of the AODA, Accessibility Standards for Customer Service. Our AODA Training Tool is the best way for your company and it's employees to ensure compliance with all AODA standards set out by the Government of Ontario. Our services range from providing Information sessions, accessible website development, facility and building audits and planning to designing an action plan for your organization to meet compliance requirements. With the introduction of the first Customer Service Standard, OPC received several requests from our clients to assist them in meeting the training requirement.
